Parking: 

Park in the lot on the south side of the clubhouse. It has two entrances so it's easy to go in and out for drop off. Enter from T.C. Jester. Additional parking along T.C. Jester. Please do not park along Bur Oak.

Set Up: 

Set up in grass field behind parking lot. There is little to no shade so be sure to bring tents.

Warm Ups: 7:45-8:15; Scratches are due to the computer room inside the clubhouse at 7:45am.

Volunteers:

We have a 9-lane pool. Please assign 1 timer per lane, per shift, to your volunteers.  Doing so avoids a lot of last-minute confusion on deck. 

1. Scribes shift 1: Even lanes (Total of 4 scribes)
2. Scribes shift 2: Odd lanes (Total of 5 scribes)
3. Timers shift 1: 9 timers 
4. Timers shift 2: 9 timers 
5. Ribbons: - We will provide the ribbons, you just need volunteers to do the ribbons for your team.
