7-8 yr 5:15-5:45

9-10 yr 5:45-6:30

11& up 6:30-7:15

Little Dolphins practices scheduled in 20 min intervals between 4:45-6:45pm.

June 1st - end of season*

8 & under 8:00-8:45am

9-10 yr 8:45-9:30am

11&up 9:30-10:30am

* Make-up practice on Tuesdays from 5-6pm
